This project is a school enterprise cooperation project. Based on the automatic filling production line, a complete remote real-time monitoring and data collection analysis system has been developed, using a C/S structure. The system has functions such as real-time monitoring of production data equipment conditions, real-time video monitoring of production sites, remote fault diagnosis, expert online video conferences, and production evaluation analysis. Based on cloud services and cloud storage, the program development for real-time acquisition of webcam data, video playback, rotation control, zoom and other operations has been completed; Completed the design of a video conferencing subsystem based on the ESFramework framework, which integrates functions such as multi-person video voice and text sessions, multi-person collaborative electronic whiteboards, file sharing, and desktop sharing; Based on web service technology, real-time storage and sharing of on-site data were completed, and an SPC quality online evaluation subsystem was designed and completed; Completed the circuit design and PCB design of the data acquisition and control system using ARM as the processor, achieving wireless and stable data transmission at the filling site; Completed the selection of various sensors such as position, pressure, temperature, and flow, and equip the underlying driver programming acquisition and control system with the UCOSIII operating system.

This project is a school enterprise cooperation project that has designed and completed a control system for medical shadowless lights. The system has advantages such as fault self inspection, excellent interaction, and fast switching response with low electromagnetic interference. A new fault diagnosis method is proposed by combining hardware detection and software detection. The underlying program of the control system is written in embedded C language, and the Free RTOS operating system is used to optimize interaction and improve real-time performance; Design shadowless lamp control system circuit and PCB, innovate fault detection circuit and detection method.
